Simply stating “Quality Without Compromise” means nothing if there aren’t any grounded principles to guide such a vision. Two Hands complements its high level of quality with recognizing innovation and differentiation. To boot, its business approach must include a sense of fun. Still, all the winery’s offerings attain a specific level of excellence.
More than anything, Two Hands’ fruit must be the primary feature of any Shiraz offering; oak plays a supporting role. The winery works closely with growers to determine the potential of each parcel of land. Small batches of the best fruit are used to characterize and distinguish a particular wine’s “personality.”
Two Hands Wines’ Core Values:
- Quality, without compromise is central to the Two Hands philosophy, driving all the decisions from fruit and oak selection to packaging and promotion.
- We seek to differentiate ourselves; to be unique, fun and innovative in our business approach whilst maintaining a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- It is our aim to make all the wines to a “Garden Series” level, and de-classify accordingly.
- This is achieved by sourcing the best parcels of fruit available to us from six prime regions within Australia, with small batch production a major factor in contributing to the complexity and personality of the finished wines.
- It is our intention that the fruit be the primary feature of any Two Hands Shiraz with oak playing a supporting role.
