Most recently Piper-Heidsieck became the Exclusive Champagne of the Oscars with a three-year partnership with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Piper-Heidsieck Brut

Classic, well-structured and fruit-forward, the Cuvée Brut is a blend of all three main grapes in the Champagne region: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. It is golden in color with delicate bubbles and flavors of pear, citrus and grapefruit – a wonderful introduction to Piper-Heidsieck Champagnes.

Piper-Heidsieck Brut Vintage 2006

The 2006 growing season in Champagne was difficult, with a very hot summer followed by violent hailstorms just before harvest. Despite the less than ideal conditions, Piper-Heidsieck created this elegant and charming blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with fruit harvested from 17 grand and premier crus. A crystal-clear pale yellow with aromas of dried apricots, berries and spice, the Brut Vintage 2006 is bold and intense with a long, harmonious finish.

Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Sublime

This sparkler is a classic demi-sec (sweeter) style of Champagne with expressive notes of roasted pineapple, cinnamon and vanilla-roasted pears. Aged for a minimum of 36 months, it’s ripe and juicy with delicate bubbles and a smooth texture on the palate.

Piper-Heidsieck Rare Millesime 2006

Only made in select years, the Rare Millesime 2002 is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from one of Champagne’s best vintages in recent years. It is bold and powerful, yet delicate at the same time, with aromas of exotic fruit, dried fig and almond. Aged for a minimum of eight years, it has a depth of flavor that includes notes of mint tea, lime, kumquat and candied ginger with a lasting finish.

Piper-Heidsieck Rosé Sauvage

Meaning “wild rose” in French, the Rosé Sauvage is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay with a bright, scarlet tint. Dynamic aromas and flavors of black fruits, strawberry, mandarin and blood orange come together for a spicy, lasting finish on the palate. Pair this unique pink sparkler with Mexican food, BBQ or grilled meats.
